Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was another typical holiday for us. Mass in the morning followed by family hopping the rest of the day. We only had two family gatherings to bounce between this year, Matt's family and my mom's side of the family. The girls had lots of fun seeing their relatives, as always.
Uncle John reading to the girls
Melanie and Granny Em enjoying a story together.
I absolutely LOVE how much our girls like books. Hopefully it will be a lifetime enjoyment for them :)

Melanie and cousin Lila (Matt's cousin Jill's daughter)
Lila was born about 4-5 months after Melanie and they are so cute together! They had a blast playing with each other and Melanie was so sad when it was time to go :(

Lila was also especially sweet to Claire.
She's going to be a great big sister some day!

G.G. Palmer and the younger set of "greats"
Claire and Grandpa Greenlee enjoying some football at Aunt Mary's house

A family game of Apples to Apples
(minus the Nickel boys - they had already left to go play golf)
Claire wanted to join in the fun.

Silly girl!

We have so much to be thankful for! Most of all, we are thankful for you - our family and friends. You truly make our lives richer simply by being a part of them - thank you!
